  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 6 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
  • ½ teaspoon curry powder
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
  • 1 teaspoon garam masala

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chicken with salt, garlic powder, paprika, curry powder, and Greek yogurt. Marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil and 1 tablespoon butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add marinated chicken and cook until browned. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, add remaining butter. Sauté garlic and onion until translucent.
  4. Stir in tomato sauce, sugar, salt, and black pepper; cook for 5 minutes.
  5. Lower heat and add heavy cream, garam masala, and curry powder; simmer gently for about 5 minutes.
  6. Return chicken to the skillet; let it simmer in the sauce for another 5–10 minutes before serving.
