  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried Italian herbs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 cups marinara sauce
  • 8 slider rolls
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, garlic powder, Italian herbs, and egg; form into 12 meatballs.
  3. Cook meatballs in a skillet over medium heat until browned (8-10 minutes).
  4. Cut slider rolls in half and place in a greased baking dish; layer with marinara sauce, meatballs, more marinara sauce, and mozzarella cheese.
  5. Mix melted butter with minced garlic and brush over the assembled sliders.
