  • 6 oz rice noodles or ramen noodles
  • 2 cups shredded cabbage or coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp hoisin sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Green onions and sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  2. Boil water in a pot; add noodles and cook until al dente. Drain and set aside.
