Description
A refreshing and naturally sweet pink lemonade made with fresh lemon juice and watermelon. Perfect for warm days and summer parties!
Ingredients

- ½ cup diced watermelon
- ½ cup granulated sugar (or honey for a healthier option)
- ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 cups cold water
Instructions
- In a blender, combine watermelon, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
- Place a fine mesh sieve over a pitcher and strain the mixture to remove pulp.
- Add the remaining cold water and stir well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
- For a fizzy version, substitute half of the water with sparkling water.
- Freeze into ice cubes for a refreshing addition to other drinks.
- Store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
