Description

A refreshing and naturally sweet pink lemonade made with fresh lemon juice and watermelon. Perfect for warm days and summer parties!


Ingredients

  • ½ cup diced watermelon
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (or honey for a healthier option)
  • ½ cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 cups cold water

Instructions

  • In a blender, combine watermelon, sugar, lemon juice, and 1 cup of cold water. Blend until smooth.
  • Place a fine mesh sieve over a pitcher and strain the mixture to remove pulp.
  • Add the remaining cold water and stir well.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  • Serve over ice and garnish with lemon slices or mint leaves.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar.
  • For a fizzy version, substitute half of the water with sparkling water.
  • Freeze into ice cubes for a refreshing addition to other drinks.
