			- 6 boneless skinless chicken thighs
 - 6 cloves garlic
 - ¼ cup soy sauce (low sodium)
 - ½ cup olive oil (divided)
 - 1 lime
 - 2 teaspoons cumin
 - 2 teaspoons paprika
 - ½ cup mayonnaise
 - ¼ cup sour cream
 - 1 cup cilantro
 - 2 jalapeños
 
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix minced garlic, soy sauce, ¼ cup olive oil, lime juice, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper. Add chicken thighs and coat well. Cover and refrigerate for 12 to 24 hours.
 - Blend mayonnaise, sour cream, lime juice, cilantro, jalapeños, garlic, salt, and pepper until smooth to make Aji Verde sauce.
 - Heat remaining olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook marinated chicken until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165°F (about 3 to 4 minutes per side).
 - Serve the grilled chicken drizzled with Aji Verde sauce or on the side.
