Description

The Peanut Butter & Jelly Cobbler combines the classic flavors of PB&J in a warm, gooey dessert. With a sweet strawberry pie filling and a rich peanut butter cookie topping, it’s the perfect dessert for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 x 21 oz cans of strawberry pie filling
  • 17.5 oz package peanut butter cookie mix
  • ½ cup butter, melted

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  • Pour both cans of strawberry pie filling into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the peanut butter cookie mix with the melted butter. Stir until fully combined.
  • Sprinkle the cookie dough mixture in small clumps over the pie filling, covering the top as evenly as possible.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake for 35–40 minutes or until the cookie topping is golden brown.
  • Remove from the oven and let the cobbler cool for about 10 minutes.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

  • You can substitute the strawberry pie filling with cherry, raspberry, or blueberry pie filling.
  • To make the cobbler vegan, use plant-based butter and a vegan peanut butter cookie mix.
