Ingredients
For the Milkshake:
- 5-6 scoops vanilla ice cream
- ¾ cup milk
- ⅔ cup creamy peanut butter
- ½ cup strawberry, raspberry, or grape jelly
For the Whipped Cream:
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ tbsp sugar
For Assembly:
- ¼ cup strawberry, raspberry, or grape jelly (for drizzle)
Instructions
- Prepare the Glasses:
- Microwave ¼ cup jelly for 15 seconds until smooth.
- Drizzle along the inside of tall glasses using a piping bag or plastic bag.
- Freeze glasses for 5-10 minutes.
- Blend the Milkshake:
- Add ice cream, milk, peanut butter, and the remaining jelly to a blender.
- Blend for 10 seconds until smooth and creamy.
- Whip the Cream:
- In a bowl, combine heavy cream and sugar.
- Whip on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.
- Refrigerate until ready to use.
- Assemble:
- Pour the milkshake into the chilled glasses.
- Top with a dollop of whipped cream.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
