Main Ingredients:

  • 4 large peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 56 fresh lemons, juiced
  • 4 cups water
  • ½¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes (for serving)
  • Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

Optional Add-ins:

  • Sparkling water (for a bubbly version)
  • Fresh herbs (like mint or basil for an herbal twist)
  • Berries (for extra fruitiness)

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Peach Syrup

  1. In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach slices, sugar, and 2 cups of water.
  2. Stir occasionally and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until peaches soften.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

Step 2: Blend for a Smooth Mixture

  1. Transfer the peach mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. (Optional) Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.

Step 3: Juice the Lemons

  1. While the peach syrup cools, juice the lemons, removing any seeds.

Step 4: Mix the Lemonade

  1. In a large pitcher, combine peach syrup, fresh lemon juice, and remaining 2 cups of water.
  2. Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.

Step 5: Chill & Serve

  1. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
  2. Serve over ice cubes, garnish with mint leaves and peach slices.

Step 6: Enjoy!

  1. Sip and enjoy this refreshing homemade peach lemonade!

Notes
