- 4 large peaches, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 5–6 fresh lemons, juiced
- 4 cups water
- ½ – ¾ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- 2 tablespoons honey (optional)
- Ice cubes (for serving)
- Mint leaves (for garnish, optional)

- Sparkling water (for a bubbly version)

Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Peach Syrup
- In a saucepan over medium heat, combine peach slices, sugar, and 2 cups of water.
- Stir occasionally and bring to a simmer. Cook for 10-15 minutes until peaches soften.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
Step 2: Blend for a Smooth Mixture
- Transfer the peach mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
- (Optional) Strain through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother texture.
Step 3: Juice the Lemons
- While the peach syrup cools, juice the lemons, removing any seeds.
Step 4: Mix the Lemonade
- In a large pitcher, combine peach syrup, fresh lemon juice, and remaining 2 cups of water.
- Stir well and adjust sweetness if needed.
Step 5: Chill & Serve
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to let the flavors blend.
- Serve over ice cubes, garnish with mint leaves and peach slices.
