Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Peach Cobbler Filling

  1. In a saucepan, combine peach slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water.
  2. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the peaches are tender and sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
  3. Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Add heavy cream and continue mixing until the filling is fluffy and creamy.
  3. Transfer to a piping bag or ziplock bag and set aside.

Step 3: Fry the Donuts

  1. Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep fryer or large pot.
