These Peach Cobbler Cheesecake Donuts combine three classic desserts into one indulgent treat! A crispy fried donut filled with rich cheesecake cream and cinnamon-spiced peach cobbler, topped with graham cracker crumbs and sweet glaze.

- 1 can biscuit dough or pre-made donut dough
- Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Peach Cobbler Filling:
- 1 can peach slices in syrup or fresh peaches, chopped
- ¼ cup brown sugar

- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon water
For the Cheesecake Filling:
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ¼ cup heavy cream
For the Topping:
- ¼ cup crushed graham crackers or crushed digestive biscuits
- ¼ cup glaze (store-bought or homemade with powdered sugar and milk)
- Pinch of cinnamon
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Peach Cobbler Filling
- In a saucepan, combine peach slices, brown sugar, cinnamon, cornstarch, and water.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the peaches are tender and sauce thickens (about 5-7 minutes).
- Remove from heat and cool to room temperature.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Add heavy cream and continue mixing until the filling is fluffy and creamy.
- Transfer to a piping bag or ziplock bag and set aside.
Step 3: Fry the Donuts
- Heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C) in a deep fryer or large pot.
- Modify the biscuit dough into donut shapes and fry for 2-3 minutes per side or until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels and allow to cool slightly.
Step 4: Assemble the Donuts
- Cut each donut in half horizontally.
- Layer the bottom half with cheesecake filling.
- Add peach cobbler filling on top.
- Place the top half back on.
Step 5: Top & Serve
- Sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
- Drizzle with glaze and a dusting of cinnamon.
