- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) packet taco seasoning
- 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes (with liquid)
- 2 cups water
- 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic and diced onions until fragrant.
- Add ground beef; cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
- Stir in taco seasoning until meat is well-coated.
- Add diced tomatoes (with liquid), water, and uncooked spaghetti; bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once spaghetti is tender, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and cover for another 2-5 minutes until melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley before serving hot.
