  • 1 (14-ounce) can diced tomatoes (with liquid)
  • 2 cups water
  • 8 ounces uncooked spaghetti
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté minced garlic and diced onions until fragrant.
  2. Add ground beef; cook until browned. Drain excess fat if necessary.
  3. Stir in taco seasoning until meat is well-coated.
  4. Add diced tomatoes (with liquid), water, and uncooked spaghetti; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce heat to simmer. Cover and cook for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
