- 8 ounces rotini pasta
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper

- 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes, undrained

Instructions
