Instructions

  3. Stir in orzo and chicken broth; bring to a simmer. Cook until orzo is tender and absorbs most of the broth (10-12 minutes).
  4. Mix in lemon zest, lemon juice, and spinach until wilted. Return the shrimp to the skillet; combine well.
