Ingredients

  • 300g boneless chicken thighs
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 23 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
  • 2 servings pasta
  • 23 tbsp pasta water
  • 1 tbsp parmesan

Instructions

  1. Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sear chicken for 7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
  3. In the same pan, melt butter on low heat and add minced garlic. Stir until fragrant.
  4. Add chili flakes, cooked pasta, and reserved pasta water. Toss to combine.
  5. Slice rested chicken and serve over pasta. Top with parmesan.
