- 300g boneless chicken thighs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2–3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- 2 servings pasta
- 2–3 tbsp pasta water
- 1 tbsp parmesan
Instructions
- Marinate chicken with salt, pepper, and garlic powder for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat and sear chicken for 7 minutes on one side, then flip and cook for another 5 minutes. Rest for 5 minutes.
- In the same pan, melt butter on low heat and add minced garlic. Stir until fragrant.
- Add chili flakes, cooked pasta, and reserved pasta water. Toss to combine.
- Slice rested chicken and serve over pasta. Top with parmesan.
