  • 4 medium-sized potatoes (boiled and diced)
  • 3 medium-sized carrots (boiled and diced)
  • 1 cup frozen peas (thawed)
  • 4 large eggs (hard-boiled and chopped)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast or ham (diced)
  • 1 small onion (finely chopped)
  • 1 cup pickles (diced)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions

  1. Boil the potatoes and carrots until tender; let cool, then dice.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced potatoes, carrots, peas, chopped eggs, chicken or ham, onion, and pickles.
