Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound elbow macaroni
  • 2 pounds ground beef
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 (15 oz) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (14.5 oz) cans petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ tbsp Italian seasoning
  • 2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.
  • Cook macaroni 3 minutes less than the box directions; drain.
  • Brown beef with onions; drain excess fat.
  • Stir in garlic; cook for 1 minute.
  • Add Worcestershire sauce, tomato sauce, and diced tomatoes.
  • Season with Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
  • Mix in macaroni and cheddar cheese.
  • Transfer to oven and bake for 20-25 minutes until bubbly.
