- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup sparkling water (plain or flavored)
- 1 tsp blue curaçao syrup
- 1 cup ice cubes
For Garnish:
- 1 tbsp colored sugar (for rimming the glass)
- 1 lemon wedge (to rim the glass and for garnish)
- 1 maraschino cherry (optional)
- Fresh mint leaves (optional)
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Glass
- Pour colored sugar onto a small plate.
- Wet the rim of your glass with a lemon wedge.
- Dip the rim into the colored sugar until evenly coated.
- Set aside to dry.
Step 2: Fill with Ice
- Add 1 cup of ice cubes to the prepared glass.
Step 3: Mix the Drink
- In a cocktail shaker, combine:
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 1/4 cup pineapple juice
- 1/4 cup sparkling water
- 1 tsp blue curaçao syrup
- Shake well for 15-20 seconds to mix the flavors.
Step 4: Pour & Garnish
- Pour the drink into your ice-filled glass.
- Add a maraschino cherry or lemon wedge on the rim.
- Garnish with mint leaves for extra freshness.
