- 1 cup unsalted butter, room temperature (for frosting)
- 7 oz marshmallow fluff/cream
- 1 cup powdered sugar, sifted
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract (for frosting)
- ¼ teaspoon salt (for frosting)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). In one bowl, whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and oats. In another bowl, cream butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla; mix well.
