Description

A fruity, refreshing non-alcoholic sangria perfect for all occasions! This family-friendly beverage combines fresh fruits, juices, and sparkling water for a delightful treat.

 


Ingredients

  • 2 cups boiling water
  • 2 black tea bags (or 2 teaspoons loose-leaf tea in an infuser; decaf tea is fine)
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (or honey/agave for a healthier option)
  • 3 cups pomegranate juice
  • 1 cup freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 1 medium orange, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 medium lemon, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 medium lime, sliced into thin rounds
  • 1 medium apple, cored and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
  • 3 cups cold sparkling water or club soda

Instructions

  • Pour boiling water over tea bags and cinnamon sticks in a heat-proof pitcher. Steep for 5 minutes.
  • Remove tea bags and stir in sugar until fully dissolved.
  • Add pomegranate juice, orange juice, and sliced fruits (orange, lemon, lime, apple) to the pitcher. Stir well.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.
  • Before serving, gently stir in sparkling water or club soda.
  • Serve in glasses over ice and garnish with a citrus slice or cinnamon stick.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less sugar to taste.
  • Use chilled ingredients to reduce dilution from ice.
