  • 2/3 cup dry Funfetti cake mix
  • Two 3.4 oz packages instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 tbsp sprinkles
  • 4 1/2 cups milk, divided
  • 2 packages of birthday cake Oreos
  • 1 2/3 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 3/4 cup dry cake mix (for whipped cream)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine two packages of vanilla pudding mix with 2/3 cup dry Funfetti cake mix and sprinkles. Add 4 cups of milk and whisk until thickened. Set aside.
  2. In another bowl, whip heavy cream on high speed until it thickens. Mix in 3/4 cup dry cake mix and vanilla extract until stiff peaks form.
  3. Quickly dip Oreos in the remaining milk and layer them in a 9×13 pan. Spread half of the pudding mixture over the Oreos, followed by half of the whipped cream.
  4. Repeat with another layer of dipped Oreos, the rest of the pudding mixture, and top with remaining whipped cream sprinkled with additional sprinkles.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight before serving.
