  • 1 large red bell pepper, sliced

  • ¼ cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  1. Season chicken strips with salt and black pepper in a mixing bowl.
  2. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add seasoned chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes until browned; remove from skillet.
