- 1–2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 Tablespoons unsalted butter (melted)
- 6 oz. cream cheese light
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 Tablespoons powdered sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup caramel topping (or more)
Instructions
- Prepare the caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade).
- In a saucepan, combine diced apples with butter, water, brown sugar, and cinnamon; cook until softened (5-6 minutes), then cool.
- Crush graham crackers in a food processor; mix with sugar and melted butter. Press into mason jars.
- Whip heavy cream to stiff peaks; blend softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla. Fold in whipped cream.
- Layer the cream cheese mixture over the crust in jars followed by the cooled apple filling and drizzle with caramel before serving.
