- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried mint
- ½ teaspoon paprika
- 1 large egg
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Olive oil (for frying)
Instructions
