- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup chicken stock
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon chili flakes
- ¼ teaspoon oregano
- ¼ teaspoon thyme
- ⅓ cup sundried tomatoes, chopped
- 1 tablespoon fresh basil, chopped

- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper. Dredge in flour and shake off excess.
- Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet over medium heat. Sear chicken for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté minced garlic in the skillet for 1 minute. Deglaze with chicken stock, scraping up the flavorful bits.
- Stir in heavy cream and parmesan cheese, simmering until the sauce thickens. Add chili flakes, oregano, and thyme.
- Mix in chopped sundried tomatoes, then return the chicken to the skillet. Simmer for 5-7 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh basil and serve warm over pasta, rice, or mashed potatoes.
