- 4 slices cooked bacon (crumbled)

- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Scrub potatoes, poke holes with a fork, rub with olive oil and salt. Bake directly on the oven rack for 45-60 minutes until tender.
