 - 2/3 cup brown sugar
 - 2 tsp vanilla extract
 - 2 TBS all-purpose flour
 - 1/2 cup melted butter
 - 8 oz cream cheese, softened
 - 1 (8 oz) container Cool Whip
 - 1 (21 oz) can lemon pie filling
 
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
 - Crush the pretzels in a Ziploc bag until fine. In a bowl, mix crushed pretzels with brown sugar, flour, vanilla extract, and melted butter until combined.
 - Press the mixture into a greased 9×13" baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Allow it to cool completely.
 - Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then fold in the Cool Whip. Spread this mixture over the cooled pretzel crust.
 - Top with lemon pie filling and sprinkle reserved pretzel crumbs on top for decoration.
