- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced

Instructions
- In a small bowl, whisk together brown sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, red pepper flakes, and ground ginger. Set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add minced garlic to the skillet and stir for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Add ground beef and cook for 3-5 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the soy sauce mixture and green onions. Let it simmer for about 2 minutes.
