- 2 racks pork spareribs
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp paprika
- 1 Tbsp seasoned salt
- 1 Tbsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mustard powder
- 1 bottle Kansas City-style barbecue sauce
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and coat a grill pan or baking sheet with cooking spray.
- In a bowl, mix all dry rub ingredients. Pat ribs dry and trim excess fat.
