- 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 4 teaspoons yellow onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon butter, softened
- 4 teaspoons green bell pepper, finely diced
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt
- 1/8 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 6 ounces lump crab meat
- 1 tablespoon green onion, sliced
- 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- In a mixing bowl, blend cream cheese, sour cream, butter, and mayonnaise until smooth. Add seasoned salt and paprika.
- Fold in the yellow onion, bell pepper, mozzarella cheese, and lump crab meat. Mix well.
- Transfer the mixture to a lightly greased shallow baking dish.
- Bake for 10–14 minutes, or until the edges bubble and the top is slightly golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before garnishing with green onion and parsley. Serve warm with chips, crackers, or fresh vegetables.
