- 1 jar of pizza sauce (for inside & dipping)
- ¼ lb thinly sliced deli ham
- ¼ lb sliced deli salami
- ¼ lb sliced deli pepperoni
- 3 cups grated mozzarella cheese
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp dried parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Roll out the dough on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Spread ¼ cup of pizza sauce evenly, leaving a ½-inch border.
- Layer ingredients: ham, 1 cup cheese, salami, 1 cup cheese, pepperoni, remaining cheese. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
- Roll it up tightly, starting from a long edge. Pinch the seams and tuck in the ends.
- Brush with melted butter and sprinkle with garlic powder and parsley.
- Cut small slits on top for steam to escape.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then slice and serve with warm pizza sauce.
