  • 1 egg + 1 egg yolk
  • 400 ml whole milk

  3. Blind bake: Line with parchment and fill with weights; bake for 15 minutes. Remove weights and bake for another 10 minutes until firm. Cool.
  4. Make the filling: Heat milk until just below boiling. Whisk yolks, sugar, and flour in a bowl; slowly add hot milk while whisking. Return to heat until thickened.
  5. Stir in melted dark chocolate; pour into cooled crust.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
