Ingredients

  • 1 cup hummus
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium zucchini (diced)
  • 1 small red bell pepper (diced)
  • 45 oz. white button mushrooms (diced)
  • 1 teaspoon extra-virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
