  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt; set aside.
  3. In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth. Mix in the egg and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined. Fold in mini marshmallows and chocolate chips.
  5. Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  6. Bake for 10-12 minutes until set. Cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
