  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare Ingredients

  1. Trim Brussels sprouts and slice in half.
  2. Thinly slice the beef into strips.

Step 2: Make the Honey Glaze

  1. In a small bowl, mix: honey, soy sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.

Step 3: Cook the Beef

  1. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Sear beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.

Step 4: Roast Brussels Sprouts

  1. Toss sprouts with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  2. Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.

Step 5: Combine & Glaze

  1. Toss roasted Brussels sprouts and cooked beef in the honey glaze.
  2. Return to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.

Step 6: Serve & Enjoy

 

  1. Transfer to a serving dish.
  2. Garnish with chopped nuts or Parmesan cheese if desired.
