Instructions
Step 1: Prepare Ingredients
- Trim Brussels sprouts and slice in half.
- Thinly slice the beef into strips.
Step 2: Make the Honey Glaze

Step 3: Cook the Beef
- Heat a cast iron skillet over medium-high heat.
- Sear beef for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from skillet.

- Roast at 425°F (220°C) for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 5: Combine & Glaze
- Toss roasted Brussels sprouts and cooked beef in the honey glaze.
- Return to oven for 5 minutes to caramelize.
