- 3 potatoes (cubed)

- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Instructions
- Season the beef cubes with salt, pepper, and flour. In a large pot over medium-high heat, sear the beef in batches until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside.
- In the same pot, sauté chopped onion until softened; add minced garlic and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
- Stir in carrots, potatoes, and celery; sauté for another 5 minutes.
- Pour in beef broth and return the seared beef to the pot. Add tomato paste, Worcestershire sauce, thyme, rosemary, and bay leaf.
- Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low. Cover and simmer for 1.5 to 2 hours until the beef is tender.
