Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk eggs with milk and salt until frothy. Stir in vegetables if using.
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add vegetable oil. Pour a quarter of the egg mixture into the skillet; swirl to cover evenly.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until edges set, then roll from one side to another and push to one side of the skillet.
- Add another quarter of the egg mixture to the empty skillet; let cook for one minute before folding the rolled omelette over it. Repeat until all egg mixture is used.
- Remove from heat, cool slightly, slice into pieces, and serve warm or at room temperature.
