Ingredients

  • Optional: 1-2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop the flesh into a bowl.
  • Mash with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky.
  • Stir in diced red onion, chopped cilantro, lime zest, lime juice, and jalapeño.
  • Add salt and cumin (if using) and mix well.
