  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon grated ginger
  • ½ cup teriyaki sauce
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  3. Return the ground chicken to the skillet, pour in teriyaki sauce, and stir well to combine. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until heated through.
