Description

Festive, no-bake Grinch Oreo Balls are the perfect treat for the holiday season. Featuring a creamy Oreo center, vibrant green coating, and a charming red heart sprinkle, these truffles are fun to make and even more fun to eat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz softened Cream Cheese
  • 14.5 oz Oreo Cookies (about 36 cookies)
  • 1 pound White Almond Bark
  • Green Gel Food Coloring
  • Red Heart Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Crush Oreo cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor.
  • Mix Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese until fully combined.
  • Scoop and roll the mixture into 1-inch balls. Place on the prepared baking sheet.
  • Freeze the balls for 30 minutes.
  • Melt almond bark in a microwave-safe bowl, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth.
  • Stir in green gel food coloring until you achieve the desired shade.
  • Dip each ball into the melted almond bark, ensuring even coating. Shake off excess and place back on the parchment-lined sheet.
  • Place a red heart sprinkle on each ball before the coating hardens.
  • Let the coating set completely at room temperature. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week or freeze for up to 3 months.
  • If the almond bark hardens while dipping, reheat it in the microwave for 10-15 seconds.
  • Experiment with different Oreo flavors or add extracts like peppermint for a unique twist.
