  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine sliced zucchini, yellow squash, bell peppers, eggplant, and asparagus.
