  • 1 pound beef top sirloin steak, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 pound raw large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup teriyaki sauce
  • 1 can (6 ounces) pineapple juice
  • 4 tablespoons minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 pound whole fresh mushrooms
  • 1 large green pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large red pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 1 large yellow pepper, cut into 1-inch pieces
  • 2 medium onions, cut into quarters
  • 1 pint cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix teriyaki sauce, pineapple juice, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, and black pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Divide the marinade into two resealable plastic bags: one for the steak and shrimp, one for the vegetables. Seal tightly and refrigerate for 4-6 hours or overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated steak and shrimp onto skewers alternately with vegetables.
  5. Grill kabobs for about 8-12 minutes, turning every few minutes until cooked through and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from grill and let cool slightly before serving.
