  • 1 Tbsp butter

For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:

  • 1 whole garlic bulb (89 cloves)
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • ¾ cup heavy cream
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 Tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken – Slice chicken breasts into fillets, season, and coat with flour.
  • Sear the Chicken – Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, cook chicken for 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
  • Prepare the Garlic – Peel and smash the garlic cloves.
  • Make the Sauce – Sauté garlic, add chicken broth and cream, and let it simmer.
  • Combine Everything – Return the chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through.
