For the Chicken Bites:
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (1.3 lbs.)
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp freshly cracked black pepper
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 Tbsp butter
For the Creamy Garlic Sauce:
- 1 whole garlic bulb (8–9 cloves)
- 1 cup chicken broth
- ¾ cup heavy cream
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the Chicken – Slice chicken breasts into fillets, season, and coat with flour.
- Sear the Chicken – Heat olive oil and butter in a skillet, cook chicken for 4 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
- Prepare the Garlic – Peel and smash the garlic cloves.
- Make the Sauce – Sauté garlic, add chicken broth and cream, and let it simmer.
- Combine Everything – Return the chicken to the skillet, coat with sauce, and heat through.
