  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices of crusty white bread
  • ½ cup mayonnaise (for dressing)
  • ¼ cup olive oil (plus extra for croutons)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard (for dressing)
  • 1 tablespoon anchovy paste (for dressing)
  • Fresh lemon juice and zest (for dressing)

Instructions

  1. Prepare the dressing by blending mayonnaise, mustard, anchovy paste, garlic, lemon juice, zest, liquid smoke, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and olive oil until smooth. Refrigerate until use.
