  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic (for yogurt sauce)
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt (for yogurt sauce)
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill or parsley, chopped (for yogurt sauce)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground chicken, breadcrumbs, feta cheese, parsley, onion, minced garlic, oregano, salt, pepper, cumin, and egg. Mix until just combined.
