Instructions

Step-by-Step Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken:
    • In a mixing bowl, combine the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
    • Add the sliced chicken to the bowl and toss to coat. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  2. Cook the Chicken:
    • Preheat your grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
    • Cook the marinated chicken for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and slightly charred.
