Easy Mozzarella Biscuit Bombs made with Pillsbury Grands biscuits, stuffed with melty cheese, and brushed with garlic butter. A perfect snack or appetizer for any occasion!

- 1 (8-count) can Pillsbury Grands buttermilk biscuits
- 4 sticks mozzarella string cheese, cut into eighths
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 1 tbsp minced garlic (or ¼ tsp garlic powder)
- 2 tbsp parsley, finely chopped
- 1 pinch salt
Instructions
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Line a light-colored baking sheet with parchment paper.
Step 2: Prepare the Biscuit Dough
- Open the can of Pillsbury Grands biscuits and separate the rounds.
- Cut each biscuit in half, creating 16 smaller pieces.
- Flatten each dough piece into a ¼-inch thick round.
Step 3: Make the Garlic Butter
- In a small bowl, mix together:
- 4 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tbsp minced garlic
- 2 tbsp finely chopped parsley
- 1 pinch of salt
Step 4: Stuff the Biscuits
- Place 2 small pieces of mozzarella cheese in the center of each dough round.
- Fold the dough over the cheese and pinch the edges tightly to seal.
- Roll gently into a ball shape.
Step 5: Arrange on the Baking Sheet
- Place each dough ball seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet.
- Leave about 1 inch of space between each piece.
Step 6: Brush with Garlic Butter
- Use a pastry brush to coat each biscuit bomb with the prepared garlic butter mixture.
Step 7: Bake Until Golden
- Bake in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown.
- Remove from the oven and immediately brush with more garlic butter for extra flavor.
Step 8: Serve & Enjoy!
- Serve warm with marinara sauce, ranch dressing, or your favorite dip.
