  • 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • Optional: red pepper flakes for heat

Instructions

  1. Cook the linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Season shrimp with salt and pepper; cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink. Remove from skillet.
  3. In the same skillet, sauté minced garlic and optional red pepper flakes for about 30 seconds.
  4. Add cherry tomatoes; cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and lemon juice; simmer briefly before adding butter until melted.
  6. Return shrimp to skillet, add drained linguine, toss to combine, and serve garnished with fresh parsley.
