3/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
2 teaspoon paprika
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts, diced into 1 ½-inch pieces
1 cup creamy Parmesan garlic sauce
1/2 cup water or chicken stock
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients – Wash and chop potatoes, cut chicken, and mix seasonings.
- Season the Potatoes – Toss with olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
