- 10 ounces rotini pasta, cooked according to package instructions
Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken Bites
- Pat the chicken dry and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat with oil.
- Sear the chicken in a single layer for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the cooked chicken from the pan and set aside.
Step 2: Make the Garlic Butter Sauce
- Reduce heat to medium, then add butter.
- Stir in garlic and cook for 30 seconds, stirring constantly.
Step 3: Prepare the Creamy Parmesan Sauce
- Whisk in flour to make a roux. Cook for 30 seconds.

- Stir in heavy cream, oregano, basil, and red pepper flakes.
- Lower heat and add grated Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted.
