Ingredients

  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup whole milk
  • 4 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions
