- ¾ cup coconut water
- 3 tbsp lime juice (about 1 ½ limes)
- ¾ cup diced strawberries
- ½ cup mango (cubed)

- 2 kiwi (sliced)

Instructions
- In a small pitcher, mix apple juice, coconut water, and lime juice until combined.
- Fill popsicle molds with diced strawberries, pressing them down firmly.
- Layer molds with mango, blueberries, and kiwi slices.
- Pour juice mixture into molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least five hours until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10-15 seconds.
