Ingredients

  • ¾ cup apple juice
  • ¾ cup coconut water
  • 3 tbsp lime juice (about 1 ½ limes)
  • ¾ cup diced strawberries
  • ½ cup mango (cubed)
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • 2 kiwi (sliced)
  • (Optional garnish: fresh parsley)

Instructions

  1. In a small pitcher, mix apple juice, coconut water, and lime juice until combined.
  2. Fill popsicle molds with diced strawberries, pressing them down firmly.
  3. Layer molds with mango, blueberries, and kiwi slices.
  4. Pour juice mixture into molds, leaving space at the top for expansion.
  5. Insert sticks and freeze for at least five hours until solid.
  6. To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for about 10-15 seconds.
